Liina Kokko
Liina Kokko specializes in dispute resolution and conflict management and advises clients in disputes, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Liina has broad experience in large and complex cases and she has litigated and arbitrated numerous disputes, for example, related to commercial contracts, management responsibilities and expert liability, mergers and acquisitions as well as state liability and liability of public authorities. Liina has also vast experience of complex white-collar crime proceedings and investigations.
Liina has further expertise in insolvency-related disputes, insurance matters as well as employment law disputes, in which Liina has represented public companies and major employers as well as directors and private employees.
Liina regularly acts as counsel in both international and domestic arbitration proceedings.
Liina assists our clients English and Finnish. She is also fluent in Spanish and speaks some French and Swedish.
Liina is a member of the Delegation of the Finnish Bar Association.
